Russia uses a powerful, long-range missile for the first time to hit Ukraine’s central city of Dnipro, Kyiv says.

Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile at Ukraine for the first time on Thursday morning, Kyiv’s air force said.

Ukraine’s air force said the launch took place from the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation, an area to the south-east of Vologograd
