New York Governor Kathy Hochul discussed her responsibility to maintain stability in New York City even as she considers anew the possibility of removing scandal-plagued Mayor Eric Adams. Hochul also discussed with Rachel Maddow her steadfast refusal to give in to legal demands being made by red states attempting to assert their anti-abortion laws on New York doctors.
