California couple Walter and Yalda Seace had lived in Altadena for most of their lives before the deadly Los Angeles wildfires caused their home to completely burn down.
Officials say the raging fires mean it’s still not possible to reach the locations of reported deaths.
The decision comes after Attorney General Merrick Garland vowed to release the report to high-level lawmakers only.
