“These are preparations for a big-scale war that could entangle the United States,” Koffler said. “That is what Putin is making ready for.”
Koffler, a previous DIA intelligence officer and the writer of “Putin’s Playbook: Russia’s Key Strategy to Defeat The us,” instructed Fox News Digital that the air-protection devices are “strategically positioned in areas where by Putin and the Russian elites reside.”
“There is another broader missile protection that addresses the complete Moscow, but there are gaps,” Koffler described, noting that even though this motion is a preparing for an internal conflict, it could “spin out of handle.”
“This is a company path to escalation,” Koffler stated.
Russian officials have not commented on the installations.
