Man Who Allegedly Set Sleeping Woman on Fire on NYC Subway Says He Doesn’t Recall the Incident

Sebastian Zapeta-Calil was arraigned on murder charges Tuesday for allegedly setting a woman on fire on a New York City subway. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.
